This is a simple solution for the stay at home moms in & around Charles Town, WV to solve their baby sitting problems. Each member starts out with 5 hours, when you ask another member to baby sit for 1 hour your number of hours decreases to 4 while the member who babysat for you increases to 6. In time other members will return the favor.
